Any recourse if you fail?

Can they tell other employers that I failed? The cops? I don't want to incriminate myself, so if there is any legal action possible, I'm not taking the job...and will wait for something better that I will be able to test negative naturally for...

Anyone know or have the experience of failing?

I don' think so man. That actually sounds illegal. I'm pretty sure the number for employee candidates that fail drug test for Cannabis, is pretty common, so I doubt that they'd tell the police or other employers. All that will happen is that you'll be disqualified for employment by that particular employer.

If you are testing for a Department of Transportation job, failed drug test info is shared for a certain length of time. Other jobs nothing is done.

You know in some states you can be arrested for internal posession of marijuana if you fail a drug test given by the police but not employers. Ridiculous, huh.

wow I didn't know that, that is extremely ridiculous.
This is why we need productive and progressive pot smokers to take control of the government!!!
