A little help please...
Here I go:
I am applying for Probation Intern in a CA county, for which a medical examination is required and drug screening as well. There is a blood and urine sample taken from each candidate. I am not concerned about the blood sample, but am about the urine one.
About me: I am a 23 year old male, 6'2'' 178 lbs, and smoke about a joint a day for the past year or so. The applications are due on 8/07/07, so I am estimating that if I do get called for a medical examination, it will be within 2-4+ weeks. I have stopped smoking today, and will continue to do so. I will begin to do heavy exercise this week, and drink plenty of fluids to excrete as many cannabis metabolites as my body can. I guess my main question would be what is the best way to beat the urine test in this time period of 2-4+ weeks. I know it maybe hard to determine this being that I do not know the exact date of the examination.
I've had a similar test and only detoxed for about 3 weeks, after 2 years of smoking practically everyday, and passed.
Any help is welcomed

Probation intern, as in probation officer? So if we help you, you will learn how those on probation can beat tests well before you take the job? Interesting.....and full of irony.
Go with the aerobic exercise. Keep yourself hydrated but don't force feed yourself water as you can't flush, excrete, wash, clean extra THC metabolites by drinking excessive water. Try to reduce your calorie intake and lower your fat intake and increase your fiber.
Best way to beat the test, if it is not observed then subbing. With 2-4 weeks clean time, dilution can work well.
Are you going to be nice to good people on probation for a little weed?

Yeah, I'm a Criminal Justice major at SFSU, I actually want to be a lawyer, but this internship is a great opportunity for me to really gain experience in my field of study, and on the upside it pays from $14 - $16 an hour, not bad at all for an internship.
Sh!t, I'd probably smoke with those on probation for weed haha!
But anyway thanks for the help. I don't think they observe so I'm thinking of subbing. In a couple of weeks i'm going to Walgreens to buy a drug test, if I fail it, then I'll consider subbing. I have a friend who might be willing to give me a sample of his clean precious urine (Clean urine is rare in the bay area, well at least the people I know), if not then I'll run down to my local head shop and pick up a substitute. But to be honest, i'd rather detox and do the dilution method, but I'll see once i take an at home drug test.
One more question! When filling out the paper work, they ask if one is on any medication. I am currently on three prescribed medications, and one is a steriod (Entocort), will they screen my urine or blood for these meds to validate the samples i give are actually mine? If so then perhaps subbing wouldn't be the best solution.
Thanks and happy smoking

If you have that muich time pick up some drug tests online as they are only $1-2. Use your favorite search engine or even e bay. Please don't buy from evil walgreens. At least go to CVS or somewhere else.
If they asked you to state your medicine it wasn't for drug testing purposes. They used to ask your meds before taking a test but that changed 10 years ago with new privacy laws. Also, that is a corticosteroid and not anabolic so you have nothing to worry about. If you are on a control medicine and it shows up in the screen, a MEdical Review Officer would then contact you to determine if you have a valid script but again you aren't on a control and the absence of a med you are on in your drug test is not a failure.
