Where behind your chin, Distortion? Like under your mandible (jaw bone) along the top of where your neck meets the bottom of your face? How big is the lump and is it hard?

its not that hard if i press it it moves, its like on my neck right before my chin maybe an inch

Ya. Dont worry about that. I had the same thing a couple weeks ago and it went away. Its just irratation and the start of a pimple. Its called a cystic pimple. No biggie

There's all kind of shit it can be man: fat deposit (you don't have to be fat heh), calcium deposit (I actually got one of those on my foot and I actually grew a whole new bone, but it was only like 1cm big), and many other things.

I wouldn't worry bud.
