Loud music has kept me awake all night

at 12.30am i was woken up by loud music, it is now 4.22am and i have just gone out to find who the inconsiderate bastard is, now i know who it is and i'm wide awake with no chance of getting back to sleep i'm going to wait until they have gone to bed then i was thinking of pay back time, any ideas?
