The streets of the world can be dangerous places and harbor some of the craziest shit..drug dealers, exhibitionists, gang members, whacked out people on hard drugs, prostitutes, police, military, helicopters, wild dogs, racoons, traffic, drunks, homeless...

it depends, you know? good parts and bad parts, but it's pretty much like that all over the world. Rockford/Chicago is pretty much safe in the day time. No doubt it gets kinda scary at night, but you just don't really go walking around those bad parts at night.

thats an understatemnet....i live in baltimore md...we have a city 1/8 the size of new york and still have more murders this year than this year...hence why its called bodymore..i mean theres parts of this town where white people CANT go...not just the murders but hell we also have the biggest crack problem in the country...lets just say its a big change from where i used to live

You ever watch The Wire? It's a really good crime show set in Baltimore. If Bmore is anything like that show then I believe.

Yep, good ol Baltimore is the Murderingest city in the US...

And we have the highest national syphillis rate, too.

Most murders are via gang violence, but we have the innocent bystanders a lot, too.

I live in an area thats traditionally been one of the safer ones, but like a month ago there was an attempted kidnapping of a woman at 9 in the morning a few blocks away from me. Someone was stabbed a block away from me. I can imagine what it would be like to live in the "unsafe" areas of baltimore.

Where I live was ranked one of the safest cities to live in Canada (Vancouver). Yes, hookers, drugs and all that stuff is here, but its also in smaller towns with only 2000 people. Crime and shit is everywhere in every place you go. You might not see it as much, but it's there.

there are alot of gang members in my area, i guess you could even say im associated with the bloods because most of my friends are bloods. Ive seen many things in my life that I dont wish to see again. Ive felt pain in the streets I never want to feel again. The streets a very scary place. I grew up in the streets of NY so I know how it can be.
