Yup, Montreal is a crazy place, go in the park just beside Berri-UQAM metro and you'll see a bunch of junkies shooting right on the spot at any hour of the day. And of course Ste-Catherine street is known to be THE hooker spot. Thats downtown..and where i live, in the north, there are several ghettos..pretty hard areas too.
