Minneapolis was named nicknamed Murderapolis by the news a few years ago for a few months in the summer we had more homicides than NYC... Theres a lot of shit thats not reported in the news. If you end up in the wrong end of the north or northeast side, you might wanna be sure your armed and not alone. Always some gang rivalry in that area, and tons of territorial drug shit. Its absolute bullshit and pathetically stupid but it's there. I try not to venture that way too often and stick down to Uptown and the south and west side. Much better area, much better vibes.
