um dunno if you'll pass or not but I'm pretty sure the only thing that will happen if you don't is losing the offer which isn't any worse than how you started. I don't think they pursue anything legally if that's what you meant cause it's not like you will be in posession of anything or under the influence at the time, ya know? Good luck..

I have been a heavy DAILY smoker for 11 years (CRAP!)...and a couple weeks ago went searching for a better job. I had my 2nd interview last Tuesday and more than likely will be offered the job on Tuesday (the day after Labor Day).
