I have a real problem with this drug testing crap.
Surely it's an infringment upon civil liberties?

It's this whole 'presumptive contingency' shit that is responsible for all the world's problems...

I don't know the correct terminology, but it works on this principle:

Just because it might not happen, doesn't mean it won't happen, because it's possible that it might happen.

Or summat like that..

Like the whole 'terrorism threat'.
It turns probability on it's head...and makes it a reality

If we adopt that theology to everything in our lives, we wouldn't leave the fricking house!
Because, who knows, the sun might explode today...I mean, we know it will anyway, who's to say it won't happen today?...and even if the sun doesn't explode, who's to say that I wouldn't get run over by a bus?...

What if the driver coming towards me decides to have a head on collision with me?
It is within his power to do so.
