lol Dreadmantic - look at it like this:
There is no concrete evidence to say that global warming is DIRECTLY attributable to 'green-house gas emissions', and yet it IS scientifically feasible. Therefore, we are working on the assumption that we must reduce our carbon emissions in order to 'save the planet' - even though, historically, the warming up of the planet is something that Earth goes through as part of it's natural cycle (ie, hot planet - ice age - hot planet - ice age, etc).
My theory - yes, reducing carbon emissions is obviously a good thing, but not a necessary thing (ie, it won't make a great deal of difference inthe end - might buy us a few more years)
It's the same with global terrorism.
The governments will argue that terrorists have the capacity to use weapons of mass destruction, therefore they work on the assumption that terrorists WILL use weapons of mass destruction - even though the reality is that terrorists have NOT got weapons of mass destruction at their disposal -ie, the whole premise of going to war in Iraq was 'justified' because of probable threat.
Or, you are guilty of the crime, just because you have the capacity to commit the crime, even if everything suggests that you won't commit the crime.
I've probably confused the issue even further lmfaoo
I'll see if I can find a more coherent explaination lol
One moment please....

lol scouser...yups, I didn't go to bed until 0530hrs...funny how insomnia hits you hardest when you aint stoned, init!

I'm just trying to do my bit in letting people question their lifestlye/existence/perceptions, by offering a different angle to view it all from lol
If we believe everything that we are told without question, then surely we lose our essence as human beings. We become sheep that follow blindly.
I'm not a sheep - something that I am discovering is an encumberance upon my existence...enlightenment comes at a price

I feel for ya, Scouser, I really do

Just remember: You are NOT addicted to weed - it's impossible - you only THINK that you NEED it.
the 'cold turkey' thing is as much a psychological thing as it is a physical thing. Obviously, your body is cleaning itself up, this will cause a bit of unbalance in your chemical make-up - it'll pass quicker when you realise that most of your angst is caused by your mental grief at being denied your 'habit'. In other words, your situation causes you to quit your 'reward system', and that in itself is an affrontary to your liberty - therefore, mentally, you are beating yourself up because you know you have to do this, but don't want to.
There is nothing you can do about it, except bite the bullet and swallow this bitter pill.
How long away is your court case?
Maybe after that you can go back to how things were before - use it as a positive goal, and remind yourself of your power to overcome this obstacle. Show the world that you are strong in your defiance to let these idiots get the better of you!
You've already lasted 11 days!!
And just imagine what that first smoke is gonna be like, man lmfaoo...it's gonna blow yer fucking head off!!
The longer you leave it...the bigger the hit is gonna be bwhahahaha
And when it gets a bit much, bring it here and scream at us, dude...we''ll listen
