Bowl- you can control the burn.
Blunt- you're smoking something else, besides weed, but, joints came in second place in THC Transfer Rate.
Bongs- the water depletes the active cannabinoids, but, it's better than a vaporizer.

Smoke the bowl first, then do the bong hits and finish it off with a nice blunt.

Bong for the best high and least amount of weed, then bowl, and forget the blunt... blunts are a total waste.

Try this... make a waterpipe... it will put the others to shame, then get some really good bud to put in it. What would normally give you 1 hit in a bong will give you 2 in a waterpipe.... and if its really good weed, thats all you need to get wrecked.

Bong > Blunt > Bowl. That would be best in my eyes. After the bong you would be pretty high and then the blunt to help you relax, then if you got any extra bud left in the blunt after you put it out, then you have a bigger bowl for ya.
