    make weed wings

    my favorite food is buffalo style chciken wings , so how would i incorperate budda to make it that much btter, so say i get a job at wingstreet or some shit, should i mix it with the sause or the wings or the deep fry liquid or beading mix or wat

    I think you should put it in sauce and then coat the wings with the sauce using the sauce as dipping sauce. That would be your best bet but if you wanted to put it int the oil then deep fry the chicken in the canna oil you'd still get a good result. Cheers mate and don't forget to save me a few.

    I understand a lot of people don't know how to cook but doesn't it make sense if you put the weed into the deep fryer you would have to eventually let it cool and drink a large portion of frying oil to get high? Do you really need to put on that much weight or clog an artery or eat all the burnt bits floating in the oil? Or how would you incorporate weed to the breading, does it really sound like it would stick to the wing.

    The key is the sauce. The original Buffalo Wings from the Anchor Bar used Frank's Red Hot Sauce and an equal part of butter. So use cannabutter or maybe you can add butter and simmer the sauce for a certain period of time and toss the wings in it.

    wing sauce is margarine and red hot, margarine contains fat, so make cannamargarine and put it on the wings after you fry them

    Holy shit that sounds awesome! It seems like you would waste a lot of the "active ingredients" though with the leftover sauce unless you like your wings relatively dry.

    well the way i make my hot wings is first i deep fry them, then they get the sauce and get put in the oven for about 30 minutes...... so.... it could very well work... i just would make a more 'raw state' of budder first... as the 30 minute sin the oven will bring it the rest of the way (you might even be able to just not really at all cook the weed to begin with, just melt the butter, mix in the weed, and mix with the sauce and coat the wings to bake)

    of course i've never heard of it being done so with all new things, it'd probably require some playing around with to perfect it....

    I've made the before and it worked pretty good. My recipe incorperated FBR idea. But when I make wing in general and like this I boil my wings first and then after they rest and the water is dripping off of them then I deep fry them in oil at 375F until crispy. Boiling them first makes the chicken just slide off the wing while keeping them moist, I managed kitchens for the last 9 years and this is the best method much better then par baking. Now where I changed the recipe for canna-wings was to actually reduce the franks red hot sauce increasing how strong it is which allows it to but "cut" with almost twice as much cannbutter for obvious reasons, but make sure you use butter never margarine it's just wrong and most margarines are not only much worse for you then butter but the oil separates in undesirable ways. Another trick is if you like your wing sauce a little thicker just add a little instant potato flakes to the sauce before you bring it to a boil, not much because it's only good with very little, and for really good wing sauce you should simmer it for about 1-2 min while stirring because it keeps from separating when it does cool.
    Hope this helps I know I love 'em and I always have the best wings in town.

    Oh yeah and drink all the sauce :thumbsup:
