Well I can't give you an answer only advice, Doctors. Go and see one, it doesn't matter if it's a tad embarrassing. I'd rather a Doctor poke around my balls than find out later down the line it's something quite serious.

You should have done this a bit more discreetly, do a bit of research on the web. It will give you a rough idea of what you could be dealing with. Take your research with a pinch of salt.
