Look up 'guano tea' if you are already into flowering.
When I use guano, it is always as a soil amendment- a couple spoonfuls mixed into 3 gallons of my compost mix is the final re-pot, done anywhere from the start of flower, to about 3 weeks in, depending on how big the plant was when I started.
But yeah, it is the shit for flowering. My friend always laughs at me when he sees a jar labelled 'bat shit' sitting up on a shelf over my kitchen sink... what can I say, that stuff is pretty darn useful!

I've used bat guano before and it's good shit! Very good for flowering, I used it in hydro and soil and both times had good results.

I started using Bat Guano, Jamaican no less! 1-10-0.2 . I use it as a top dressing about 1 T on the top of the pot and then water it in. It does seem it help out. Buds on the plants are so very happy. The plants are clones that I took off of flowering females. Number one is a California Skunk and number two is a Afghan. They seem to love it. Lots of buds.
