Follow-up .........
This is the course of action that I took yesterday.:stoned:
1. Flushed each plant w/ just water. (store bought) pH in the yellow)
2. Lowered the height of feed level
3. Reduced feeding cycle from 7 to 4 times during 24 hr. light cycle. Also reduced the feed time from 5 min to 3. It takes about 2 - 2 1/2 min. to fill and about 8 min to drain.
4. Mixed nutrients to 1/2 strength. This gave me a starting ppm 700 and a 6.0 pH
5. Trimmed most of the bad shit off.
With the fan & air conditioner running on low and door closed, the temp seems to be holding at 88 and the humidity at 28%, and this is during the day. At night it drops to the mid 70's with the humidity remaining the same.
I just checked my res. the ppm had risen to 2 lights blinking and my water level was down about a gal. little less. After I topped off with water, my ppm's went to what it was last night 700 ppm. Also, lowered the pH alittle.
I need experenced opinion, not a guess, etc..... Are those 2 big ones worth the time and effort? I've got the other 3 (see below)
that might be in better shape? I don't know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I guess there isen't much I can do except wait and see what happens. I assume there won't be an immediate change? Or should there be? Any suggestions? B&C - First of all I would like to suggest that you start keeping all of your questions on one thread. It's totally confusing to have to go back and find your other threads and see what the history is to be able to give you good advice. Make it easy on the people you want the answers from and you will get a lot better answers.
As far as your question goes - those plants are saveable, but what are you going to do with them if you do save them? Their size is not compatible with the size of your smaller plants. If I were you, I would take a couple of real good sized cuttings from your big plants and root them. Then, you will not only be starting with nice healthy plants, but their size will be more in line with your other three plants, which should make your light management a lot easier.
