Yes, I bet that the THC had seriously deteriorated.

When the trichomes (which contain the THC) are still growing, (alive!) they will lose potency if they are left to grow for too long.

It makes sense that it would easily lose potency after they are harvested and left out in the elements.

(THC hates light, heat, (too much) oxygen, and being touched by oily hands.)
norkali Reviewed by norkali on . Does weed lose some of its THC in a couple of months? I was out of the country for most of this summer. So I come back and smoke a shitload of the weed I got in early June, but I didn't get as high as I think I should've. This weed was stored in my room, which gets crazy hot if windows aren't opened. They were closed while I was gone. Do you think my weed has lost some of its potency? Rating: 5
