Should I quit?

So the situation is like this: I get $7 an hour at this gas station. My boss freaks out due to emotional stresses, ALL THE TIME! We're also required to ID everyone whether we know them to be 85 years old or not. This in turn irritates alot of people. So much so, that I've been threatened by 3 different guys now.
I'm not "scared" in the least bit, but to make so many enemies, doesnt seem worth the $7. Am I wrong? Should I had not left my two week notice last night?

i agree, quit! Much better unskilled jobs out there. 7 an hour is not worth the risk, and working at gas station is almost as bad as working in the fast food industry.

Try to get a job with Wall Greens or some drug store because they start at 7.50-8.50 an hour and it is a job that deals with less bullshit than gas station.

You have to do whatever is best for you. If you're in a stituation where you have to have a paycheck coming in right now, then you probably should have stayed untill you found another job. The problem I have with this is everyone should be used to being carded for alcohol or cigs by now. It happens everytime I go into a store, and there are signs all over the place. Those people are just ignorant. In customer service, you have to be able to deal with those situations. Stay calm, and just explain to them that it's your job, and you have to. You don't make the rules, but you have to play by them. It does suck, but gotta do what ya gotta do

if you have another job lined up then yes, otherwise wait until then...if you're afraid then find another employer..tons of jobs out there. I wouldn't quit a job unless I had another one ready just because sometimes shit happens and if that shit happened when you were unemployed you'd be sol...

Im not Jay-Z, but the money aint a thing! My problem is, people. They're assholes! I live a peaceful life, and Im not a hippie, but these people are fuckin up my "Chi"! I cant smoke on the job either so my patience is reduced that much more, while anxiety increases.

...Wouldnt be prudent. I smoke so much weed, I heard a couple of Sativas were planning a revolt. Word is they've already stoned one of my friend's to death, and they're lookin' for ME!
