This website is a "spoof" promoting the movie Shoot 'em Up. Notice how every item is out of stock and they talk about stunts for the movie. I have a feeling that the demo video was not using live ammo or it was a robotic baby as if this was real you know it would be all over the news.

Her aim is off so bad at times she should be hitting the wall behind the baby. I am willing to bet she was firing blanks.
