    Help my harvest

I've read on here about the tric's being somewhere between cloudy and amber as being a good indication of harvest time. I'm after this very stage - mostly cloudy, but on the turn of amber (thats the buzz I'm after) but I dont have a suitable magnifying glass; onyl a camera. So please, take a look at the macro shots attached: What colour are those trichomes!!!???

    Thanks for your efforts

There's no way for us to tell, especially with the hps in the background, because it will automatically make the trichome's look amber, as they look now. Show a better angle, with a whitish light in the background. Get as close as possible.

Yeah, good point, well made. This is the problem I had. Dont suppose any knows, as asort of general marker, if the trichomes will appear vaguely amber-ish with the naked eye?
Long shot, but I'm not realy in need of buying a magnifying glass at the moment.

    Thanks

hey there funky monkey, like vegasgrower said you should get hold of a magnifying loupe that is 30x to let you see the trics well enough to decide on the chopping time, ive put a pic in of trics at different stages,i know youre well aware of when you wanna chop but its a handy lil pic to have,
ive also put a link to a page on ebay where you will find the type of magnifier youre after no problem at a very cheap price, happy growin m8
