if you go to berkley on telegraph theres a couple of head shops(i go to Big Al's, theres also a high times) and when you leave sometimes people wanna talk so watch out for them.

I just moved to the Bay Area (Walnut Creek) recently from a college up North and haven't found any like minded people. I just came across this forum and figured there had to be people like myself in the area.
