natural daylight is cool lighting.(cfls) "Soft" lighting is warm lighting and thats the one you want for flowering I believe. You want the natural daylight (cool) cfls for vegging... You want a "bluer" light spectrum for vegging and a "redder" spectrum for flowering.
Weedhound Reviewed by Weedhound on . My first grow So, I've started my very first grow:D, and I need help. I've been looking and searching through the forum but can't find info I need so I guess i'll ask now. So, my seedling has sprouted today and I need to know how much light to give and how long to give it. Right now I'm giving it 60 watts of CFL for as long as it's been sprouted. I have a fan circulating and I'm growing in cut off bottle bottoms. When the plant gets bigger I'm going to start giving it 150 watts, and of course put it Rating: 5
