Who says "looks" are the sole reason behind the practice?

You need to read what I wrote again. Twice, if necessary. I didn't by any means say looks were the reason behind the practice of circumcision itself. Nor did anyone else. You might want to revisit the suject of this poll, too, so you can see how my statement followed that.

I said looks, because they're what women have seen most often in pictures and American culture, are what are likely behind many women's preference for circumcized men as romantic partners.

There's a big difference my statement and your misinterpretation of it. BIG.
