It's also true that once an un-circumcized penis has a lot of un-protected sex, the foreskin stays down and it's barely noticeable.
At least that's what happend to me....I can't speak for anyone else though.. lol

Personally, I like uncircumcised solely because I'm used to it. I've been with both cut and uncut and honestly (only one uncut), it doesn't bother me either way, but if I HAD to choose, I guess I'd pick cut. Like others have said though, in the long run that really DOESN'T matter, obviously the person comes before looks and uh, the penis. :P

I figure you circumcised guys must be in the US, because everywhere here doctors won't do it to babies, and even in the UK it's not covered by the Health.

So if you're from anywhere from Spain to Korea, and circumcised, you're bound to get a lot of questions...

One of my friends from the US came to visit me, and he said that they all thought it was cool, only that the ones who thought it was cool weren't females.

In the UK it IS covered by the NHS - and it's a very regular thing.

You need to read what I wrote again. Twice, if necessary. I didn't by any means say looks were the reason behind the practice of circumcision itself.

I provided the relevant parts of your post that I was addressing, so please don't try to make this sound like I'm attempting to put words in your mouth - or anyone else's for that matter.
But the fact is you completely avoided mentioning any and all justification for the procedure, and instead went straight to calling people 'fooled' over what according to your post is a mainly a fashion issue. Or, did you infer 'fool' in a nicer, less condescending way? I'm glad to hear your clarification though, that's what I was hoping for.

You might want to revisit the suject of this poll, too, so you can see how my statement followed that.

Unnecessary. My mentioning of health concerns is every bit as valid as you mentioning your take on this as a parent. As in, they're the same for the sake of argument in that both angles have nothing to do with the preference of a sex partner. Can you see how my statements follow now?

I said looks, because they're what women have seen most often in pictures and American culture, are what are likely behind many women's preference for circumcized men as romantic partners.

I figured you were focusing on that aspect for the obvious reasons; what puzzled me was your mentioning of the other valid scenario, that of a parent's choice (decidedly un-romantic!) in relation the child's health. If health is therefor a concern, all I'm saying is let's cite that supporting rational instead of cutting straight to labeling others as being duped by some unnecessary cultural fad.
Is it really that much to ask?

Disclaimer: I'm not trying to start a fight with you birdie, and have absolutely no problems with you or your personal feelings on circumcision. But I think your take on this lacks some of the objectivity and detail I've come to equate with your username. Please try not to be offended if I attempt to get you to elaborate your sentiments.

bloody hell these are very interesting results, wouyld be nice if we could break them down by location. I never imagined 50% of guys were circumcised and there is not one single female vote for uncut!

Personally I prefer a cut penis simply because that's the norm I know. I've almost been with one uncut guy, and it was gross because his foreskin hygeine was lacking (hence the almost LOL...his ass had to hit the curb with that stinky winky). I've assisted doctors in curcumcising infants and adults, and if you're gonna have it done, it's better to be done at 3 days old than at 30. Every man I know that's had to have adult circ has been absolutely miserable with it...women have less trouble giving birth....sorry I'm a little off topic...
