Of course you're not overwheight. Drinking water helps you burn wheight, especially when it's cold (your body has to burn calories to heat it up). A good method on figuring out how much water you need is multiplying your body-wheight by .66 and then dividing by 8. This is how many 8oz glasses of water you need daily, more or less, but a great estimate. Also, don't drink liquids with your meals. It ruins your digestion.
