    lights problem

ok so I was gonna grow some lowryder 2s and I dont really feel like payin shitloads for som lamps.
So today I went to the local flea market and found a solarium light set with 6x40w tube lights that were just under 1 meter each only costing 10â?¬.
so the question is can I use this light setup to grow like 4 lowryder 2s ?
