    cheese and cottage cheese

I was askin on another thread but I dont know if any one saw the question so Ill ask here. Has anyone ever made cheese or goat cheese with herb? Cause a lot of cheeses you heat the milk to sterile and then you strain, and cool. I have made goat cheese and was thinkin that breakfast could be much better with some goat cheese and fruit and mabey some toast. Just need some good herb now.
