I ended up getting passed a roach from a guy sitting in a truck, I passed it to a minor who said no because he was high. Undercover cops saw the whole thing. Doh! I got charged with "attempted aggravated furnishing of a class "Z" drug." On the NORML website it just lists possession, cultivation, and sale. I wish they listed furnishing.
