last one for tonight i promise (poll on helpful-ness)

someone's in need of help, but it somehow puts you out of your way, whether it be driving an extra 10 miles to take them to their destination and get back to yours, or just as simple as looking up info for someone on the net, when you're just about to go to bed... how do you react?

(sorry i love finding out about human behaviours... has always been a fascination of mine..)

i should take the time to say i'm not talking about ridiculous lengths... as in giving someone say, 1,000 dollars to help them (or loaning them over 5k) or driving well beyond 10 miles outta your way (60 miles is a good base i guess)

Usually I try to be helpfull, I like to keep my karma on the good side. But ive realized I get buren... alot, and that made me realize why there aren't many nice helpful people. People have grown extremely selfish, and are only worried for their own personal gain.

I always try to help other people, but I also watch out for scammers. It's a fine line, to be trusting and help others, and yet protect oneself against others that might try to take advantage. I follow my gut instinct about people generally. But I also think the more good energy we send out, the better the world becomes.

If I can help someone then I will. I would hope someone would do the same for me. Although I rarely ask for help...just grow tips on here!

Another of the deciding factors for me would be how well I know the person, whether I get on with them all that stuff. Most of the time though.. I like to think I do what I can to help people regardless.
