4-10. to me if i hold it in for 3-4 it feels like i barely hit it. any thing after 4 seconds is good.

lol when I was younger i used to try to hold it in for 10 seconds or more so i could impress my big bro and his friends....course id just end up coughin up a lung and lookin like a jackass

these days i usually hold for round 5 secs unless im ghostin or doin suicides for shits and giggles

About five seconds I suppose, I don't try to hold it in forever, but I don't blow it out right away.

on bong rips, i usually hold those for like 7 seconds or so, but when hitting a joint or piece i just hold each hit like 3 or 4 seconds.

well i take in big hits so i dont want to waste it by blowing it out right away, i hold it in for a good 5-8 seconds
