I just hold it in for about 5 seconds. After 5 seconds just about all of the thc is absorbed and after that you're only damaging your lungs. And honestly, my lungs are more important to me than cannabis.

i hold it for about 5-7 but i don't let it right out.....i like to do tha lil trick where u let a lil out ur mouth and take it back in through ur nose....repeat a couple times and hit it again

95% of THC is readily absorbed within the first few seconds of inhalation. This goes with all weed types with varying levels of potency. Smoke the bomb and it won't matter if you held it in for two seconds...you're gonna get stoned.
