I like pork boudain and Andouille, hailing from Louisiana ancestry as I do.

And I love spicy, dry Italian salamis like Genoa and Abruzzese.

Then regular old Owens sausage is always good with eggs for breakfast.

I almost never met a sausage I didn't like. Except possibly dark blood sausage, and I mostly don't like it because of its color.

Depends on the time of year.............and now its summer (well here its like summer), so Brawt's are on the grill. But in about a month gumbo with some andoulli and/or chorizo and some crawdads and fish and veggies yeah. Also the mini hotlinks were in the summer jumbo alot this year, good stuff.
