I have uploaded animated avatars, but still my avatar does not move. I'm not sure if it's a setting or what.

Apparently, there is a size limit both on dimension and actual file size. If your .gif image is too large for instance, it will appear as a still image.

Avatar Question
I was thinking the same thing but the Avatar I'm trying to upload is only 17KB.
Others have them animated so I'm thinking it must be something else. Can anyone help?
