You should watch the Jorge Cervantes grow video. You can easily DL it from any torrent site, like isohunt.com. Any way, it gos over in detail the way I build my grow rooms, and its VERY inexpensive, and is very easy and logical to build and use. laterz..

1 x 90 degree pvc pipe = Light proof intake duct
use pantyhose and an elastic band on the outside so bugs dust and other unwanteds stay out.

With just a 90 degree fitting you will still get a pretty good little light leak. I would go with what Texas Grass posted that's very nice.

I think I like the idea of using 90 pvc and maybe adding a little extension to keep out stray light....
I've also been toying with adding a small a/c unit or co2. Overkill ? Both would be a great source for fresh air.
