Damn girl I would love to have you for a roomy.............But, it does sound like these guys are trying to steal your room. Have you ever had problems with seen him and another girl, in the house or vise versa? I try to stay freinds with my ex's too but of coars it is not always possible, but always even if I have no feelings for her, if I see her with another guy it makes me sick. This only happens for a couple weeks then im fine but I couldnt live in the same house after the break up it would boogie woogie on my mind

hmmmm......
i would tell them ALL that this is not a bed and breakfast and there are 3 rooms, for 3 tenants, then i would seriously tell the landlord if it continues......it is beyond what is right and what you want, but liability as well....what if this clown wrecked the house or put holes in the wall, then you and the other 2 people are left holding the bucket on that one....or there are now increased utilities and you are all in trouble or even kicked out for having a "more than guest" in the dwelling....good luck....

i'd make him my bitch as long as he's not paying the rent. if he eats your food or sits in your spot, make him pay. but yeah, i'd try to move if i were you. staying with an ex ain't usually a good idea. you'd probably do better to find a single roommate anyway, or at least somebody who's not gonna let all their freinds mooch off you.

It sounds like you were the one that got all these parasites into this place, and you're basically just being to damn nice even after you've had enough BS and they are going to take advantage till the bitter end.
Stand up for yourself. Get on your landlord's good side and consider putting ads in the paper and putting the word out with your more respectable freinds that you need some new roomates. Just because you smoke dope doesn't mean you have to tolerate frat boys.
I pretty much totally agree with deadhead65 except that you should stand your ground and make a fresh start right there. Kick all the bums out.
Be in control about it, though. Be methodical. Find actual reasons you want them gone, and if these are young dope smoking guys, the reasons could easily number in the thousands - and write them down. For example, leaving the toilet seat up doesn't really count, that's to easy. But I'd bet there's piss all over the floor near the toilet. That translates into "clean roomate wanted".
Unfortunately, you'll probably wind up with similar roomates in the future unless you make some real efforts to raise your standards in the people you surround yourself with.

I advise you to read this.
Do it now.
Shitty Roommate - By Martin Random
Some quotes:
He left a dead cat he found somewhere in our oven for a week and forgot about it. I discovered it later.
He owned 6 tarantulas, and would let one run around free-range. He assured me he had "tamed it." I assured him he was a stupid fuckhead.
All from page one.
