Lankan Lion Reviewed by Lankan Lion on 08-30-2007. Holding it in I read somewhere that holding smoke in doesn't make a difference - all THC is absorped almost immediately. Is this true? Because it's a lot easier on the lungs to just exhale normally and not try to hold it in. Rating: 5
