u know i like all gaming machines, and as bad as i'd like to like ps3 it still just does'nt compare to the 360, and xboxlive no where close yes ps3 has blueray, but untill some damn good games start coming out for it i won't buy one. i mean just about every game thats on the ps3 is on 360, and xboxlive surpasses ps3 all the way around, and i will say i think anyways the ps3 graffix is a tad bit better but the load times are still just crazy long, and it makes no sense i played vf5 at my friends and just to play it took forever with all the loading it's like every round has to load for ever...but when they start getting better games i'll get one i always get every system i know when tekken6 or whatever comes out i will for sure get one thats the best fightin game ever

you're kidding right? my games load fast, about the same that games on ps2 loaded (i've actually done the experimentation with god of war 2, i've beat it on my ps3, and then when we went on our trip i took my ps2 cuz i wans't about to risk my baby...but the loading times on ps2 for god of war 2 were ridiculous....) but yeah that says alot, considering next gen games are actually utilizing alot more data then ps2 (or last gen) games did...

and on resistance, i can go from the system completely off to being in a match and playing it (factoring in the game has to gather players to start a match, after you log on to online) in 2 minutes or less...

what games are you talking about that have huge load times(other then VF)? i've only had the chance to play 5 diffrent games thus far (the darkness, resistance, blazing angels, motorstorm, and full auto 2) and none had ridiculous load times, it was instantaneous, but i was never like "hurry the hell up and load" (and considering i'm a very impatient person, that's pretty good )

as for the remainder of your post, look for getting one by mid 2008, or near the end of 2008, there's a whole shitload of great games coming out BEFORE summer 2008, and there are alot more titles slated that i haven't had the chance of finding out any factual info on, other then it's name and projected release date. i'm sure a few of those will be great as well...

just to throw it out there i have yet to see a "next gen game" show up on any of these "next gen consoles" well i take that back i have seen one kindda next gen or as close to it as iv'e seen and that was oblivion all others are recycled games u know all the same old shit just a lilbit better graffix....just like gears of war was supposed to be this end all, whole new war game that was nothin but next gen and it was the same as all the other shit nothin new to me it did'nt impress me at all... sosdd i guess

look up gameplay of MGS4 (there's one sorta indepth video that i know of so far, and the graphics are amazing, and it's not just another generic MGS with souped up graphics either....

end war, if it holds up (graphicly and with gameplay) will be THE game to put all fps's to shame, it's coming out for 360 as well tho

killzone 2 is supposed to be taking a more realistic fight style, which is a huge step forward if you've played the old killzone (it was extremely generic... no cars, no jumping, about 10 weapons or so to choose from, and a handful of maps) still great online gameplay tho if you can manage to find a room that isn't an explosive-whore room, unfortunately these days tho, (or last i chekced) it's FILLED with glitchers.

haze will be my game of choice until i get either GTAIV or End War

blazing angels series is sweet, atleast to me.. i was glued to that game for days straight (out of the five games i mentioned, it was actually the game i played hte most when i first got my ps3) and it's coming out with a new installation

army of two sounds to be a very promising co-op type game...

assasssin's creed... i can only say, will probably be one of the top games for the next couple of years atleast... (and if it goes to series one of the most popular series for years upon years to come, there's no doubt that will be a truely awesome game)

yea i think end war will be kick ass or atleast i hope so cause im a big rb6 fan i rock vegas everyday almost i was let down with lockdown it was lame but what i mean by next gen i mean i want it to step up to the next level not a recycled game i mean look at vegas it's good and all but it still is the same as the rest of the rb6's just a lil update and the gunz are so miss matched i mean black arrow was more accurate than vegas.im just looking for something more than recycled games i guess u could say now if oblivion was online like ffx with free roam now that would be a game.i just bought 2 worlds and the online for it is sooooo laggy but it's still not free roam just matched up in like a arena type fight.and fv5 is the only one with a real long load time iv'e seen and motorstorm i thought was great but for me to go out and buy a ps3 there needs to be way more games than what they have and most of them i can get on 360 now so i'll wait eventhough my friend has a 60gig one he wants to see to me 4 250

I dont think the halo games are "godly". the plot is lacking and the missions can be long and tedious. but that being said I still have a hell of a lot of fun doing co-op on halo. gears of war is pretty awseome. but bioshock, definitley is the best game since half life 2. but anyway fps are much better on PC which pwns 360 and ps3

that i can agree with.... BF2 being one of the tops.

and PR, someone wants to sell you a ps3 for 250?? are you sure there's not something wrong with it? i mean unless he bought it recently, he paid 600 bucks for it... i don't see any logical reason for someone to sell it for less than half of what they paid for it unless there's something wrong with it...

but if it is fine, shit i'd take it, hell i'd buy it now even tho i have a 60 gig of my own.... probably sell it on craigslist or something for 50+ dollar profit.
