Weight Loss in Drying Process..
Hi, not been online for while , had a few nice harvest but one thing concerns me..
We had a harvest of just under 90 oz wet, we hung it up to dry n a week later when i was nice n dry it was only like 22 oz, is that right, should it lose that much weight ?
It was dried in our bedroom, in one of those hangy up dryin racks, good fresh airflow all around, but i've read that you to dry it in the dark, is that right? cos we never its got natural light n darkness?
Please help cos we got a big harvest coming up in middle of september, 20 plants and while the last 22oz was a really nice smoke, a little more weight would be nice !Just A Beginner Reviewed by Just A Beginner on . Weight Loss in Drying Process..
76% loss in weight. I have a feeling this number can float between 80%-65% depending on genetic and growing factors. There are products out there that can make your buds harder and more dense... this might help reduce loss of weight during drying.
