what i do is make a pipe out of foil, toilet paper roll. you cut a hole about the size of a nickel in the end of the toilet paper roll and wrap your foil around the hole and push it through the hole a little bit to make a bowl. use a safety pin or needle to poke a few (3-4) good sized holes in the foil and use one hand to cover one end and use your mouth to cover the other end and use it as you would normally.
