all glass is easy to clean....alcohol...stronger the better % wise....try soaking, or alcohol and add instant rice and shake....the rice knocks the resin off the inside walls...works good(dont cook the rice though...lol) As for what type...I like small spoons to carry, bubblers are nice 4 home...peace!

They're nice and I love them but the water filters out more cannabinoids than tars, keep that in mind

i had the nicest glass bubbler, i watched the colors come in and i was really starting to like how it was filling in and then CRASH it wasnt that hard to clean and that peice gave me some nice resin balls as well.. aw so sad R.I.P. mr. bubbles

im thinking about the 30 dollar kind but the 1000 dollar ones are nice.

That's what I thought too, and it's logical, until I read this study.

Disappointingly, waterpipes performed uniformly worse than the unfiltered joint. The least bad waterpipe, the bong, produced 30% more tar per cannabinoids than the unfiltered joint. Ironically, the pipe with the electric mixer scored by far the worst of any device. This suggests that water filtration is actually counterproductive, apparently because water tends to absorb THC more readily than noxious tars. Like the waterpipes, the cigarette filter also performed worse than the unfiltered joint, by about 30%. Researchers speculate this is because cannabinoids are exceptionally sticky and adhere to other solids. Hence, any filtration system that picks up particulates is likely also to screen out cannabinoids.

So even though water doesn't have any fats for the THC to bond to, it still screens out more THC than tars/particulates, making it inherently ineffecient. I didn't like hearing that and it was dissapointing to me since I love bongs and bubblers, but it's a fact. Nothing outperforms regular joints/blunts.
