well, tomorrows the day. i've started taking vitamins sunday, 1 multi and 1 b complex. monday i took 1 multi and 1 b complex in the morning, 1 b complex after lunch, and another after dinner. same for today. is there anything i should do to prepare the morning of?

i've been reading around and i'm not quite sure how to approach it. i live an hour away from my home town(where i'm taking the test.) should i take any aspirin tonight or tomorrow morning? i told the manager i would be in town at around 2, so that gives me time to prepare. heres my plan, please leave any suggestions.

tonight, eat a couple hamburgers(for creatine?) and pop another b complex. in the morning, eat another hamburger, pop a multi and b complex, drink a good bit of water. piss a lot. drive to my home town, stop by the mall and drink some more water and piss more(since its an hour away), and maybe pop another b complex to give my piss color before the test. how much water should i drink? i've been loading myself down with water just because thats what i do everyday. i've always drank tons of water. suggestions?

Why is everyone on the dilution method. Synthetic urine will work everytime. No need to detox or dilute. Buy a pre-mixed kit and just add the heating element to it. Products that will work are Quick Fix, Yurinflow, or Number1.

I second that. Synthetics or a clean human sample is the way to go. Dilution methods and other forms of internal "detox" are a roll of dice - it may work for some people at some times, or it may not. Why take these foolish chances, especially since careers and freedoms depend on the outcome?

When using a sub, you dont have to take any chances with your own dirty pee, because not of it would be used. Employment-related drug tests are not observed unless there is cause.

Also with subbing, unlike internal "detox", there is absolutely no need to abstain from the Great God Ganja. :rastasmoke:

Drug testing can be quite a troublesome affair. There are rarely any easy ways around it. Two weeks sounds like you should be clean, though. Are you a heavy smoker?

Well, I failed a home test sunday on my 2nd piss of the morning. Wednesday will be exactly 14 days of quitting from an everyday smoker.

well, i haven't heard back from the employer. i'm not sure if that's because i failed and they don't have the balls to tell me, or they just haven't contacted me yet. either way, it doesn't matter. i got hired somewhere else at 9$ an hour, .75$ increase from what sam's offered. i start monday :jointsmile:
