Who's in the wrong here?
Did he want to get arrested because he was afraid of the other guy? I had a hard time following that.

No, he was telling them to arrest him sarcastically because if the knife was a weapon, he was also in possession of a crowbar, which as he said is a lot heavier and more dangerous than that knife. So if they were going to arrest him, just to do it. He knew he didn't really do anything wrong and was basically trying to be an asshole towards them.
I think they were in the wrong. He did take some of his comments a bit out of hand but most were pretty funny, such as "why don't you just take me to your desk so you can spank me." I don't think this would fly very well in America though. Cops would have probably flipped when he started saying things.
And this is just my understanding of the situation. I may have missed something he said though.

Okay, that makes sense, i get it now. I would say the cops are in the wrong, i mean its a pocket knife, but of course the laws are different so its hard to say for sure.

I think the cops were in the wrong. Isn't the law back home (England) that you are allowed to have a knife of a certain length? This guy is freakin funny! He's right, that spanner/wrench could do a hell of a lot more damage then that knife!
The copper was getting a little befuddled! hilarious! I remember seeing this somewhere, but thank you for posting it Cannabis Campbell. I'm a sad bugger, I am going to watch it again! :rasta::rasta::stoned::smokin::jointsmile:

Now that I have watched it again....what was their probable cause? Also, when he said "I am black, do ya wanna see me ass?" hahahahahahahahaha SO FUNNY! This has made my night! I'm sure he's got his knife back now and he's a bit famous! I bet he got some extra street cred. If he were here I would give him a rep point. Oh never mind I don't have a clue how to do that! HILARIOUS!

Yeah it was funny some of the stuff he said lol, and the law is that you can have a knife on your as long as its 3 inches or less any more and it can be classed as a offensive weapon but that wasnt on him it was in his car and it wasnt really a knife it classed as more of a tool imo anyway.
