I have a quick question. I'm a 'noob' all around to this scene. I've been smoking for maybe 4 months now. During this time people have tried countless times how to show me how to roll a nice joint. I still can't do it. They are sloppy and loosely wrapped..

I'm an epically bad J-roller. So I had this idea to hollow out a cigarette and fill it with marijuana. so here comes the question part of this.

Would it work? Would the filter filter out the D-9 thc by chance?

Continue practicing but if you feel you're not getting it and you want that J real quick, use the pen roll techinque.

just take the filter off after u pack it in there or buy a rollin machine

just keep practicing at it you'll get eventually it's like any thing in life.yeah it will work but it sucks.get a pack of papers and spend a night just rollin :jointsmile:

get a can of tobacco and roll every part of it. You will be master by the time the can is done :thumbsup:

I say just keep working at rolling. It's easier to roll than to empty out a cig and fill it back up with weed everytime you want to bun. Rolling a spliff takes less than a minute once you get the hang of it....doing the cigarette thing takes a lot longer than that. Most people are epically bad at rolling right until the day they roll their first decent joint. After that, it's as easy as breathing...might take you a while but if you keep at it, you can't help but improve.

Though if you really don't have the patience I guess you could spend 5 bucks on a rolling machine lol

the cigarette thing will work, just pack if full of really ground up weed, and then take the filter out with tweezers or your nails ( if they are long enough), and replace it with a rolled up piece of cardboard ( like the cover of a pack of papers).

yo man that works. if i do that i take the filter out and rip it in 2 then put it back in. ill take the loss of thc for the loss of tar in my lungs. rollin is an art but u get better and that means you get to practice.

rollin mats can be proper handy if you lack skills cus they make it easier. plus then you can learn the right kinda action for your hands like usng your thumb and for fingers.

if you are really really lazy you can ge cone shaped rollers. but i always find em way too tight.

yeah ive had to empty out cigarettes a bunch of times when i didnt have any papers. it saves alot of time to roll the ciggerette harshly between your fingers up and down. it totally loosens it up and it will all drop out in like 30 seconds.
