Please, there really is a difference between indecisiveness, and acting before evaluating the data. It is like catching a bus, if you are too quick to jump at the opportunity of catching it, you might find that you got on the wrong bus, or worse, heading the wrong way, end up losing money, and possibly stranded.

When I said you cannot enlighten someone who has already made their decision it means you cannot convince someone who refuses to evaluate new data.
