Don't let the pics fool you. The fan leaves are no wider than the length of the first joint of your thumb. I haven't really noticed a difference in root growth from cutting the fan leaves and not but by trimming them they don't overlap each others tips and get light. The last clones I took showed signs of rooting by day 5 and had roots by day 8. That was without trimming the tips. I guess we can see what happens with these.

My first try in this new spot was an eight site eurogrower. Everything was fine til I went out of town for three days. While I was gone the power went out on my pumps. Needless to say the roots dried out and started to die. Well mixed with high temp water and dead roots the plants didn't flower for chit. Same exact thing happened to me the Rating: 5
