you can try some sort of really liquidy oil that might help or soak whole bong ina bath of alcohol or try some heat with lighter if you dont have much time and dont pull it straight out twist and pull but not too much force.mine has gotten stuck before i just wiggle it side to side and it comes out and to keep it from gettin stuck try not to get water on the seals. or clean it more...or you can use alittle cooking oil on the joints i havent tested that out yet but seems like the resin wont bond to the oil so much and give some kind of lubrecation and also DO NOT PUSH YOUR BOWL PEICE DOWN INTO THE SEAL IT WILL GET STUCK just let them slide in with no hand pressure same with all the joints of the roor
