    how long will it take?

I just read in a thread that your weight and height make a difference in how long it takes for you to be clean. I weigh 134 lbs and im 5' 10". I was curious as to how long it would take for one bowl of average size to be out of my system and i was also curious if the time increases equally with every bowl or does each increment get smaller and smaller. I dont have any drug tests comming up but reading this sparked my curiosity.

i didnt really mean it matterd just tryin to give people a description of my size and as for your question it really depends on how active you are (how much you sweat) how potent your bud is and what your diets like i can clean up in 20 days but thats lots of fruit water and running . this time i didnt know it was coming

Wrong. One factor is body fat comp. so that is why we ask people to give their height and weight so we can determine body fat percentage instead of just saying skinny average, or obese etc. When it comes to physical activity it is about calories burned and not amount you sweat. Very little THC is eliminated through sweat.
You didn't give an accurate smoking hisotry.

The more you smoke the longer it takes for you to get clean. So the more you smoke each time or the more sessions you have the longer it takes.

What i meant about sweating is if your working hard enough to sweat your burning fat.(most of the time) and as far as body fat goes the only real way to know is to get it tested i do it at my gym
oh and ive been smokin a solid two years off and on before that

Well I like to be more accurate than gauging my aerobic activity level by how much I sweat. Aerobic activity is characterised by achieving a heartrate between 60-80% of your recommended maximum heart rate (which is usually 220 minus your age) for at least 15-20 minutes. Don't you think that gauging your aerobic activity level by how much you sweat is quite inaccurate because of ambient temperature? If you are in a nice cool gym at 70 degrees running on a treadmill you are going to sweat less than if you are running outdoors in 95 degree heat? But you still are burning about the same amount of calories. How about running in the dead of winter versus running in the summer. I think you can understand how inaccurate using sweat as a measure of aerobic activity is now.

True the only way to really gauge body fat percentage is by water displacement or skin calipers but for the most part I can tell if someone is skinny, average, or obese once they put their height and weight down. It is usually obvious like if someone is 6 feet 160 pounds that would be skinny versus someone 6 feet 185 who would be average and someone 6 feet 210 who would be slightly overweight and then someone 6 feet 235 who is obese.
