The chief of johns hopkins medical school even wrote a book about it called "dont drink your milk" and there has been a lot of research proving that milk is infact bad for you. And these doctors are far to prestigious to be considered on the fringe.

Guess what? Our favorite plant can make milk too! And although this guy uses his Bubble Bags, I imagine you could do an improv, and use a colander lined with a couple of layers of cloth. I believe that "Stocking Up" (a back to the land cook book - get one) had a way to make soy milk in a similar fashion.
