Yeah, I've heard this too. But milk+cereal is so good and also cofee+milk. I get whole milk from Trader Joes, cuz it's organic + whole milk is better for you.

Guess what? Our favorite plant can make milk too! And although this guy uses his Bubble Bags, I imagine you could do an improv, and use a colander lined with a couple of layers of cloth. I believe that "Stocking Up" (a back to the land cook book - get one) had a way to make soy milk in a similar fashion.
