He needs to get a lawyer and if he didn't do anything wrong or have any faulty equipment on his car, he needs to get the lawyer to try to throw out the stop making the search illegal or something along those lines.

Got pulled over and given a ticket for paraphernalia and cds marijuana...there's a twist to this though...the officer was outside of his jurisdiction and finally when they did manage to find the stuff, they called an off duty county officer who was wearing plain clothes and had no badge on him, he wrote the tickets. Not to mention he had to wait like 15 minutes for the bastard to get there.. The cop even told my friend that "that curb over there is where my jurisdiction ends, so I'm gonna Rating: 5
