It is already painted white, and the dimensions are (3'2" x 1'3" x 1'9") And it said to me, " I can house your plants if you clean me up". And I agreed. I took out the other clothes cabinet I had in my room, and placed it in the garage. I then cleaned this one, and placed it in my room. Took about an hour total.
